evento PWM cada segundo no funciona STM32F4

Tengo un STM32F429 Discovery y quiero configurar un PWM para alternar el led con un período de 1 segundo usando el temporizador 1, canal 1.

Por lo tanto, sigo esta ecuación:

Yparaelpulso50%uso:

Pero no funciona, el LED parpadea muy rápido.
