varianza de la resistencia del inductor para un circuito regulador del dólar

Gracias a algunas personas muy útiles en otro subproceso, he seleccionado un regulador de dólar para un proyecto de microprocesador que se basa en la corriente automotriz, es decir, reduce 12v a 5v con aproximadamente 2amps de potencia. He seleccionado el TPS62133AQRGTRQ1 IC (calificación automotriz) y he encontrado un esquema de circuito de regulador viable para mi aplicación. El esquema requiere una bobina de inducción clasificada en 2.2 uH y 35 mOhm. Especifica un fabricante / número de pieza de inductor específico (Abracon Corporation ASPI-0530HI-2R2M-T2), pero me gustaría buscar los reemplazos adecuados. Puedo encontrar MUCHOS de inductores de 2,2 uH ... pero ninguno hasta ahora tiene una clasificación de 35 mOhm. Muchas especificaciones del inductor parecen no incluir incluso ohmios (aunque seguramente sus respectivas hojas de datos lo harían si entras en cada una de ellas). Así que mi pregunta es, cuánta variación en los ohmios clasificados es generalmente aceptable ... si es que hay una "típica" distancia. Probablemente soy un aficionado intermedio en lo que respecta a la teoría eléctrica, pero puedo imaginar que los ohmios estarían relacionados con la corriente, es decir, una mayor resistencia, menos amperios. Si eso es correcto, entonces creo que tendría que encontrar una bobina que sea bastante similar, es decir, no desde fuera de .035 ohmios. ¿Estoy en el parque de pelota?

Por debajo de 35mΩ es mejor. Un poco más arriba también está bien. Sólo afectará tu eficiencia.

Puede utilizar Webbench de TI y le dará opciones alternativas cuando ingrese a la lista de materiales.

En general, cuanto más alto es el valor del amplificador, más bajo es el DCR. El alambre de calibre más grande tiene más área de sección transversal y, por lo tanto, menor resistencia.

A veces se requiere un inductor de amperaje grande para una alta eficiencia, aunque el requisito actual es mucho menor que el de la corriente nominal de los inductores.

Hice una búsqueda rápida y encontré 50 (incluyendo duplicados) inductores de 2.2µH a 35mΩ o menos
