STM32F407VET6 “Desbordamiento de RAM” usando solo 2/3 de él (hasta donde sé)

Necesito declarar ~ 153 KB buffer como un framebuffer para la visualización (más precisamente al menos dos buffers, ya que uno debe estar en CCMRAM para tener suficiente espacio) y como esta MCU tiene 192 KB de RAM en total, claramente debería ser posible. Pero tan pronto como declaro que el búfer en CCMRAM (framebuffer2) tiene el tamaño 65536 y el búfer en la RAM normal más de 63798 (framebuffer1), el enlazador me da el error "RAM desbordado por ...".

Soy bastante nuevo en esto, por lo que no sé exactamente por qué sucede esto, si se trata de una definición incorrecta del enlazador, o si algunas funciones de depuración ocupan espacio o alguna otra cosa. Estoy trabajando con el proyecto HAL generado por CubeMX en SystemWorkbench con el compilador Ac6.

Después de investigar output.map, descubrí que el problema era un error tipográfico simple. Tuve el búfer declarado como

uint8_t buffer2[64000] __attribute__((section("ccmram")));

que copié a ciegas del sitio OpenSTM32.org y probablemente fue para una versión diferente de HAL. Como el identificador correcto de la memoria acoplada al núcleo en mi script .ld es .ccmram , no ccmram , el vinculador estaba colocando el búfer en la RAM normal, por lo tanto, "desbordamiento de RAM". La definición correcta es:

con el cual el búfer se coloca en la memoria correcta:
